Your chart is a very important map of the soul, yep Your Soul’s Treasure Map, that reveals amazing clues about the direction your Soul desires to go toward. Of course, like any map, there is always free will and you are free to go any direction on the map you wish, therein lies another delicious dilemma.

We will, of course, look at the entire chart, but will FOCUS in on the North and South Nodes. The Nodes are amazing Clues for us to laser in on, as they give so much information about Life Purpose, Life Path and Life Lessons.

The North Node is always directly opposite the South Node. To learn the nodes, you would need to study the 12 signs as pairs of opposites— Sagittarius/Gemini, Leo/Aquarius, Taurus/Scorpio, etc.

The South Node represents patterns from childhood or from past lives. These patterns can also be tied to our Life Lessons, as those very comfortable patterns, or lessons already studied, can draw us back in over and over.

The sign and house of the South Node tells where you overdo. It is a big time craving…a yearning. The South Node can be a BIG CLUE in the Life Lesson and what trips us up… For example, In Leo, for the spotlight and recognition, in Gemini, for more and more information, and in Cancer the desire and need for a safe home.

The sign and house of the North Node is all about your Life Purpose and Path. Since it is the flip side of the South Node, it actually can oppose it. The North Node is where you can learn the most this time around. There is usually a yearning to “do” the type of work and know the energy of the North Node. It pulls us toward it!

This does not at ALL mean that the North Node is all fluffy bunnies and the South Node is to be avoided, we are here to learn equally from BOTH.

Ok, that was a bit of an update and what the Nodes ARE…what we will DO with them is to determine your Nodes and how they relate to Your Life Purpose, Life Path, and Life Lesson. Yep, you guessed, the Nodes are BIG Clues on Your Soul’s Treasure Map!
