What IS a Soul Purpose?

Soul Purpose, Life Path, Life Purpose…all of those titles sound so very lofty and esoteric. But what do they REALLY mean?

In my opinion, we were all born with a gift to share in this life, a gift that brings out everything we have churning, burning and twirling in our deepest psyche. It is NOT necessarily the job we are going to do in exchange for money (but it might be). So, the Life Purpose is about the vision we hold for ourselves from before birth. It is much bigger than a JOB…it is our Soul.

Your Soul Purpose is not about status, “things”, money, “more” or what is on your resume. It is about the deeper, more meaningful REAL work we are here to do and to share with others. Now, this does not mean you have to be sharing your Life Purpose in a BIG way, sharing in a way that is authentic for YOU is what matters. I always think of the happiest, most fulfilled person in town just may be your local Wal-Mart greeter!

How can you get started on looking at the Life Lessons you are here to incorporate?

My advice is to start, or deepen, your meditative process. meditation is the NUMBER ONE way to get in touch with yourself and will still and open your mind for this work.
